About us

Over twenty years above the picture.

Founded in 2003, Elivideo® specializes in aerial filming. Over the years we have worked alongside leading Italian and international broadcast players, refining solutions to shoot and transmit high-definition images in real time.

Today Elivideo offers two Cineflex stabilized camera systems, one built for television and one for cinema, together with recording, live transmission and certified mounts for helicopter installation. Every shot is handled by an Elivideo camera operator, while we find the helicopter and pilot: you don't have to worry about a thing.

Cineflex is one of the world's most widely used stabilized aerial camera systems for live sport, feature films and documentaries. Elivideo has two configurations to match your project.

For broadcast

Cineflex V12HD

The choice for television and live events: a 5-axis stabilized gimbal, a Full HD camera and a Canon zoom with 2x extender to get close to the action from far away. Compact and light, it plugs straight into the live transmission chain.

Cineflex ELITE Super35

Cinema-grade quality in flight: an ARRI ALEXA M with Super35 sensor on a 5-axis gimbal, recording up to 2K with 14.5 stops of dynamic range. For films, series, commercials and documentaries that need to cut seamlessly with ground footage.

Live TV

On air, in flight.

The signal leaves the helicopter and reaches the control room in real time. Our transmission system bonds several LTE/4G connections for a stable HD stream, with H.264 or H.265 (HEVC) encoding to make the most of the available bandwidth.
